Account and Data Deletion Request
As BesiNet (GÜRKAN GROUP TERMİNAL SEYAHAT VE YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ.), we process account and personal data deletion requests under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). You can delete your account using any of the methods below.
How to Delete Your Account
In-App (Fastest)
In the BesiNet mobile app, go to Profile → Settings → "Delete My Account". The deletion process starts upon your confirmation.
By E-mail
Send an e-mail to destek@besinet.com.tr with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered phone number or e-mail address.
WhatsApp Support
Message our WhatsApp line at +90 850 840 34 02 from your registered phone number to submit your deletion request.
What Data Is Deleted?
Within 30 days of your request being approved, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:
- Identity and contact information (name, phone, e-mail)
- Your listings and listing photos
- Herd and animal records (ear tag, weighing, health, insemination records)
- Your messaging content
- Veterinary appointment and request history
- BesiPuan, coupon and loyalty balances
What Data Is Retained, and for How Long?
Due to legal obligations, some data must be retained for specific periods:
- Invoice and payment records: 5 years (Tax Procedure Law)
- Commercial transaction records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code)
- Data subject to legal disputes: for the statute of limitations period
- Anonymized statistical data: indefinitely, in a form not linked to any person
At the end of these retention periods, this data is also deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
How Long Does It Take?
Your request is finalized within 30 days at the latest and you are notified via your registered contact channel. Additional information may be requested for identity verification.
